Subscription based FAQs
After purchasing, you will receive a confirmation SMS and email from us. You will receive one purchased kit only on a monthly basis for all the months of your subscription. Your first kit will reach you within 8-10 business days of placing the order.
A monthly STEM Kit will contain 2 DIY Kit + 2 -3D Casing + 3 Cards + 1 Sticker – activities based Manual Programing. The kit will also include daily activity instructions available on ThinkerPlace Student Portal along with easy-to-understand instructions manual. Every month, your child will receive a new and unique set of activities.
Every ThinkerPlace STEM Kits includes
1 Think – Concept learning Manual to understand basic science concepts.
2 Create – Instructions manual to use the STEM Kit.
3 Implementation – Problem-solving STEM Kit to convert it into a final STEM Product
It also incorporates an easy-to-understand instructions sheet as well as demo solution videos on our website.
Yes. The kit involves simple and fun activities created for learning. Busy parents can enjoy these activities along with their children during weekends. A single activity per week hardly takes less than 30 minutes where you guide your child initially and later on your child can enjoy these activities without a need for supervision.
Yes. Simply visit ‘Stem Mall’ on our website and purchase a single STEM kit of your choice. For better discounts and continuous learning, you can purchase 3-months subscription to try the kit. If your child doesn’t find this fun (which is quite rare!), you can simply send a cancellation email to us, and we’ll refund the amount for the remaining kits within 4-5 working days.
Yes, you can. If you feel that Thinker Place isn’t working out for your child, no worries! Just send us a cancellation email, and we’ll immediately cancel your subscription. All the amount for the remaining kits will be promptly refunded back to your bank account!
Yes, you can change your address. All you need to do is inform us about your new address/change in address within 7 days of receiving your last subscription box. In case you have forgotten to inform us, the subscription box will be delivered to the address registered with ThinkerPlace.
ThinkerPlace is available for 3 different age groups with all the age-appropriate activities. Subscription facility is available for 6-8 years, 8-10 years, 10-12 years. STEM Mall Kits and Lab at Home Kits are available for the age group 14-16 years. Stem Lab is available in schools for the students of Grade 3 to Grade 9.
Yes, shipping is absolutely free! You don’t need to pay any additional cost for ThkinkerPlace kits. We ship all across India.
Yes, cash on delivery is available for specific pin-codes across India. Currently, we accept payments through all valid credit & debit cards, net banking, UPI, GPay, and various payment wallets.
All the activities available in specific kits are age-specific. After years of research and experiences, we have carefully designed our kits. Also, we have tested the engagement of our activities by interacting with children from the same age group. It is advised to choose the kits according to your child’s age. In case during the subscription, the activities seem very easy or difficult, you can simply upgrade or downgrade to a higher or lower age group.
You will receive an email as well as SMS confirmation of the order to your registered email address and mobile number (RMN).
We ship using reputed courier services providers for major cities in India. We leverage the Indian Postal Services when the courier companies do not deliver to your area pin code.

Please refuse delivery if the kit has been visibly damaged. If the kit’s contents are damaged, please reach out to us either via phone or email and we will help you out!
At the time of cancellation, you will receive a refund of the remaining
undelivered kits. In case you decide to opt for cancellation before the first two month’s kits have been delivered, the refund for the remaining period of the subscription will be processed, after subtracting the cost of the first two kits.
Typically all the refunds are processed within 7-10 business days and refunded through your preferred payment method.
Unfortunately, we will be unable to accept an opened kit or activity. Please do remember that we allow cancellations of future subscriptions.

Yes teachers training available of 4days along with lesson plans and manuals for 4 teacher from school with valid certification.
As your school log in on thinkerplace portal after lab setup for 3rd to 9th class with 700 students. Passcode will generate for student to accesses for thinkerplace log in portal.

Learning Management System (LMS) integrations allow users to navigate between TP and the LMS seamlessly (SSO). Other features may be available depending on the specific LMS integration. User and Class Roster data must be sent via our Bulk Import system or an alternative method.
To share resources with students, students must first have their own user accounts. Student accounts can either be created by a teacher manually using the Classrooms button, or, a user with the role of TP Account Administrator can import users into the system, including students, and then those students can be added by a teacher to a class they create by selecting the students from the imported roster.
If the name of your school has changed and needs to be updated by TP, please contact your Partner Success contact to make the request.
